this class is designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and stability. exercises are centered around use of the reformer. however, other pieces of small equipment, such as stability balls, rings, dynabands, foam rollers, dowels, arcs, and more, are used to enhance the class.

level 1 is for those who are new to the pilates method or new to the reformer, as well as for those who are returning from surgery or injury. 50 minutes

this class will combine the use of small props, including stability balls, rings, poles, tower springs and more, with traditional exercises on the reformer to strengthen & tone and to work on stabilizing joints. 50 minutes


aroma stretch & release

 

this class is designed to increase your range of motion & flexibility & release muscle tension. DoTerra essential oils are diffused to facilitate relaxation. myofascial release techniques are incorporated into the class through the use of foam rollers & self-massage tools. open to ALL. 50 minutes
