this all levels Reformer class will move at a more deliberate pace through a series of exercises designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance and mobility. exercises may be enhanced through the addition of small props {stability balls, exercise bands, fitness circles, Swiss balls, & more} and exercises from the Mat repertoire.

open to clients of varying levels of experience, from beginners to long-time practitioners, with a general understanding of the Pilates Method and familiarity with the Reformer {55 min}


machines 2

this level 2 Reformer class will move through a series of intermediate to advanced exercises designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance and mobility. exercises may be enhanced through the addition of small props {stability balls, exercise bands, fitness circles, Swiss balls, & more} and exercises from the Mat repertoire. for variety & challenge, some exercises will be performed on other equipment, such as the Ladder Barrel, Chair, CoreAlign & Tower.

recommended for clients with a solid understanding of the Pilates Method and experience with the Reformer {55 min}


machines+props

this all levels class will combine the use of small props, including stability balls, rings, poles, tower springs and more, with traditional exercises on the Reformer to strengthen & tone your muscles, tendons and bones, and to support your cardiovascular health.

open to clients of varying levels of experience, from beginners to long-time practitioners {55 min}


stretch+release

this all levels class is designed to increase your range of motion & flexibility and to release muscle tension. DoTerra essential oils are diffused to facilitate relaxation. myofascial release techniques are incorporated into the class through the use of foam rollers & self-massage tools. this ALL LEVELS Reformer & Mat class is designed to increase your flexibility & range of motion through stretching, release work and relaxation techniques. the use of small props {stability balls, foam rollers, yoga blocks, exercise bands and fitness circles} will aide in the release of tension within the muscle fibers and fascia. DoTerra essential oils are diffused to facilitate relaxation.

clients with varying levels of Pilates experience are encouraged to attend this stress-reducing class {55 min}

schedule a private session with a certified Pilates instructor for individualized, one-on-one instruction. these sessions are perfect for rehabilitating from an injury or surgery and to deepen your regular Pilates practice. have a friend or family member who wants to do Pilates with you? we also offer semi-private duet & triplet sessions at the studio. {60 min}
